You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep your information up to date.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use GrantPilot only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the platform to submit fraudulent grant applications, misrepresent your organization, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.

4. Intellectual Property

Content you create using GrantPilot belongs to you. However, we retain ownership of the platform, AI models, templates, and all underlying technology. You grant us a limited license to process your content as necessary to provide the service.

5. Limitation of Liability

GrantPilot Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost funding opportunities or unsuccessful grant applications.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of District of Columbia, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

GrantPilot Inc. ("we," "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the GrantPilot platform.

We collect information you provide directly, including account details (name, email, organization), grant proposal content, and organizational data you upload. We also collect usage data such as feature interactions, search queries, and platform analytics.

We use your information to provide and improve the GrantPilot platform, including AI-powered grant matching, proposal generation, and analytics. We do not sell your personal information or grant proposal content to third parties.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer.
